• Delivering front-line student, staff and stakeholder support while ensuring a welcoming, safe and engaging rural campus environment.
• Coordinating day-to-day campus facilities, student accommodation, fleet vehicles, inventory and maintenance services across the Murray Bridge and Mallee region.
• Providing high-quality administrative support for rural teaching and learning activities including the SARM Program, Rural Clinical School, Allied Health and Nursing placements, and Regional Training Hub initiatives.
• Building strong relationships with students, health professionals, community partners and internal stakeholders while supporting events and initiatives.

About the Role

As the Rural Student Services Officer, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for students, staff and stakeholders across Flinders University's rural health programs. Based in Murray Bridge, this customer-focused position combines campus operations, student support, accommodation coordination and program administration to help deliver high-quality rural education and training opportunities. Working closely with the Rural Education Team and a broad range of internal and external partners, you will contribute to initiatives that strengthen rural health pathways and support the development of a skilled regional health workforce.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering front-line student, staff and stakeholder support while ensuring a welcoming, safe and engaging rural campus environment.
• Coordinating the day-to-day operation of campus facilities, student accommodation, fleet vehicles, inventory and maintenance services across the Murray Bridge and Mallee region.
• Providing high-quality administrative support for rural teaching and learning activities, including the South Australia Rural Medical (SARM) Program, Rural Clinical School, Allied Health and Nursing placements, and Regional Training Hub initiatives.
• Building strong relationships with students, health professionals, community partners and internal stakeholders while supporting events, projects and initiatives that enhance the rural student experience and promote regional health careers.
