Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking an administrative role based in Townsville to support the Divisional Insurance Manager with customer service, renewals, and day-to-day coordination across our rural client network.

You will help with inquiries, data entry and records management, and coordinate renewal activity to strengthen client relationships. Exposure to insurance is advantageous and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an office-based administration, customer service or support role.
• Exposure to insurance is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to keep systems, records and processes up to date.

Responsibilities

• Based at our Townsville branch, you'll support our Divisional Insurance Manager with customer service, renewals, administration and day-to-day coordination across our rural client network.
• Support customers and branch teams with insurance enquiries, renewals and day-to-day service needs.
• Keep customer records, data entry and internal systems accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate renewal activity with the team to help retain and grow client relationships.
• Assist with prospecting, referrals and new business opportunities across the local network.
• Liaise with insurance providers and support customers through insurance and claims processes.
• Prepare reports and complete administration tasks while meeting compliance and policy requirements.
