Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions in Tamworth is seeking an experienced Client/Account Manager to manage and grow an established insurance portfolio across Tamworth and the surrounding region. You will understand client needs, provide practical insurance advice on renewals and policy changes, and work with insurers and internal teams to deliver responsive service.

• At least 5 years’ experience in insurance broking, client management or account management.
• Tier 1 broking qualification through ANZIIF or NIBA is required.
• Experience in managing client relationships and presenting suitable insurance solutions.
• Confidence using broking systems and maintaining accurate client information.
• Clear communication, organisation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established insurance portfolio across Tamworth and the surrounding region.
• Understand each client’s needs and provide practical insurance advice on renewals, policy changes and enquiries.
• Identify new business and cross-selling opportunities through relationships, the local branch network and the broader Nutrien business.
• Maintain accurate client records and meet company, industry and legislative requirements.
• Work closely with insurers, suppliers and internal teams to deliver responsive client service.
