Job summary

The role delivers high-quality operational and administrative support, coordinates conferences and events, and manages travel arrangements while providing executive support to leadership staff.

Based at the Darwin Casuarina campus, you will contribute to improved procedures and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing operational and administrative support in a complex environment.
• Ability to coordinate meetings, conferences and travel with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience contributing to development and maintenance of standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Providing operational and administrative support, including calendar management, coordination of meetings and conferences, and the preparation and distribution of correspondence.
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships with leadership staff and key stakeholders.
• Supporting the development and ongoing maintenance of operational procedures, processes and templates to support efficient service delivery.
• Coordinating travel arrangements for staff, students, visitors and groups, ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.
