Job summary

Redox Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced Return to Work and injury management specialist to lead RTW processes for the workforce. You will coordinate workers' compensation claims, liaise with insurers and providers, and ensure compliance with legislation while supporting employee wellbeing.

This full-time hybrid role offers exposure to HR initiatives and opportunities to improve processes in a growing environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
• Experience working in an HR team.
• Solid understanding of workers' compensation legislation, claims, and RTW obligations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve processes.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound problem-solving skills and discretion with sensitive employee matters.

Responsibilities

• Own RTW and injury management processes across the workforce.
• Coordinate end-to-end workers' compensation and RTW claims.
• Maintain compliance with workers' compensation legislation and RTW obligations.
• Support broader HR initiatives and ad hoc HR activities as required.
