CSIRO, Australia's national science agency, is seeking an Injury Management Advisor to drive end-to-end case management and rehabilitation for employees. You will collaborate with employees, leaders, HR and stakeholders to design and manage RTW strategies that support positive, sustainable outcomes.

The role requires relevant allied health qualification or equivalent experience, with demonstrated expertise in workplace rehabilitation, RTW, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in allied health or related RTW experience.
• Experience in workplace rehabilitation and RTW case management.
• Ability to collaborate with HSE teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of RTW legislation and regulatory standards.
• Desirable accreditation in Comcare Rehabilitation Case Management.

Responsabilités

• Manage injury and illness cases with end-to-end rehab and case management.
• Develop and monitor RTW plans with employees and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with SRC Act and CSIRO policies.
• Provide rehab advice to employees, leaders and HR.
• Identify early intervention opportunities and keep records.
• Maintain injury management records and contribute to audits.
• Contribute to policy and process improvements.
