Job summary

Hibbs is seeking an experienced RTO Manager to lead our RTO operations, compliance, quality assurance and continuous improvement with a strong focus on WHS and safety training delivery. The role balances compliance, training quality, client service and commercial outcomes.

Based in Auburn, Sydney, the position oversees governance, student administration, audit readiness and continuous improvement across the RTO.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, reporting and influencing skills.
• Experience with RTO operations, compliance and WHS/safety training delivery.
• Knowledge of Australian VET sector, RTO Standards, ASQA expectations and training package requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead RTO operations, compliance, performance and continuous improvement.
• Maintain governance materials, procedures, registers and compliance evidence.
• Oversee WHS and safety training delivery, assessment systems and records.
• Coordinate audits, validation, self-assurance reviews and corrective actions.
• Monitor RTO legislation and ASQA guidance; report on compliance performance.
