Job summary

Aboriginal Health Council of South Australia is seeking a Manager, RTO Operations to provide strategic leadership over AHCSA's RTO governance, compliance, quality assurance, administration, business systems and operational performance. The role enables high-quality, culturally safe education delivery and learner support within Aboriginal community values.

The position leads regulatory compliance, accreditation, risk management, funding administration, reporting and data governance, while

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day RTO operations, business planning and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with RTO Standards, funding agreements and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee audits, quality assurance, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage student administration, enrolments, records management and learner support processes.
• Lead AVETMISS reporting, funding compliance, organisational reporting and performance monitoring.
• Drive improvements across business systems, student management platforms and digital processes.
• Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
• Provide strategic advice, operational leadership and people management to support organisational goals.
• Foster a culturally safe, inclusive and high-performing workplace that supports Aboriginal leadership and community outcomes.
