Right at Home Melbourne North is seeking a dedicated Rostering Officer/Schedular to manage rosters for 50 staff and 150 clients across our Community Home Care services. You will coordinate shifts, respond to rostering inquiries, and ensure staffing coverage meets service needs.

Apply your strong organisational, communication and administrative skills to schedule, publish fortnightly rosters, handle training rostering and maintain accurate staff records while upholding confidentiality.

Competenze

• Experience in rostering or scheduling within aged care, disability or community services.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to handle competing priorities and last-minute changes.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, families and staff.

Mansioni

• Manage the rostering function on Visual Care.
• Triage incoming Rostering inquiries from staff and clients.
• Coordinate, negotiate and schedule daily staffing allocations to ensure all shifts are filled.
• Oversee the master roster and publish fortnightly rosters.
• Assist with scheduling, coordination and rostering of staff training.
• Maintain and update the casual employee roster.
• Contribute to rostering procedures and provide admin support as required.
