Job summary

dnata Airport Services Australia is seeking a detail-oriented Rostering Officer to join the Sydney Passenger Services Operation. You will work closely with the Passenger Service Department to ensure accurate staffing for shifts and maintain rosters according to SLAs.

Responsibilities include processing annual leave, creating and updating rostering patterns under EBA rules, handling schedule changes, and preparing worksheets for on-shift use. Training and system upgrades are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience with rostering and shift planning.
• Knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Enterprise Agreements (EBA).
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine aircraft loads and produce rosters/worksheets according to SLAs.
• Process annual leave requests and manage rostering patterns within EBA conditions.
• Update schedules and action changes promptly.
• Prepare worksheets for SDS use on shift.
• Support training and adoption of new systems.
