Job summary

Uniting NSW.ACT is recruiting a Roster Scheduler to oversee rostering, workforce administration and payroll support for our residential aged care service in Unanderra, NSW. You’ll develop accurate rosters, analyse workforce data and provide timely reporting to support informed decisions.

You will work with a supportive team to ensure rosters are compliant, confidential and accessible, while coordinating with the Workforce Coordinator and responding to staff and resident needs with professional

Qualifications

Typically, this role requires a Certificate III in Business Administration, Customer Service or equivalent rostering experience

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day rostering for staff including updates, changes and compliance
Prepare and maintain roster reports and support payroll processes
Collaborate with the Workforce Coordinator to ensure rosters are current and accessible
Respond to internal and external enquiries, including staff and residents’ families
Organise meetings, training sessions and take minutes as required
Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure confidentiality, privacy and compliance with Uniting policies and legislation
Communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
