Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a dedicated Roster Scheduler to support rostering, workforce administration and payroll assistance in our residential aged care service. You’ll collaborate with the Service Manager to keep rosters accurate, compliant and accessible, while analysing workforce data to inform planning.

Qualifications

• Typically, this role requires a Certificate III in Business Administration, Customer Service or equivalent rostering experience
• Prior rostering experience required
• Experience supporting payroll and workforce reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day rostering for staff. Including updates, changes and compliance
• Prepare and maintain roster reports and support payroll processes
• Collaborate with the Workforce Coordinator to ensure rosters are current and accessible
• Respond to internal and external enquiries, including staff and residents' families
• Organise meetings, training sessions and take minutes as required
• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure confidentiality, privacy and compliance with Uniting policies and legislation
• Communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
