Uniting NSW.ACT is recruiting a Roster Scheduler to oversee rostering, workforce administration and payroll support for our residential aged care service in Unanderra, NSW. You’ll develop accurate rosters, analyse workforce data and provide timely reporting to support informed decisions.

As our Roster Scheduler, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our residential aged care service running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll take ownership of rostering, workforce administration and payroll support, helping to ensure our teams are in there to deliver exceptional care.
You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate, compliant and accessible rosters, while analysing workforce data and providing timely reporting on key rostering metrics to support informed decision-making.
You will contribute to Uniting’s person-centred approach by supporting staff, residents, and families through efficient, professional and confidential rostering practices.
Typically, this role requires a Certificate III in Business Administration, Customer Service or equivalent rostering experience
