One Doorway is seeking a Rostering Officer in Melbourne to establish and maintain rostering and scheduling that meet the needs of participants in 24-hour disability programs.

You will manage shifts, leave planning, and coverage, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and compliance with SCHADS.

Qualifications

• Experience in Rostering, Employment Services or Administration.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain rostering and scheduling processes for participants.
• Ensure effective rostering to align Support Worker rosters with participant needs.
• Manage workforce requirements, including roster changes, leave and absence planning.
• Ensure compliance with SCHADS and related awards.
• Plan, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
