Job summary

MAYDAY Recruitment Group is seeking a Rostering Officer for an initial 8-week contract in Boronia, VIC. The role focuses on staff rostering and scheduling with some admin support, using Humanforce to create and maintain rosters that meet operational requirements.

You’ll work closely with staff to manage roster changes, availability, and documentation, in a fast-paced healthcare or community services setting. Immediate start and five days on-site in Boronia are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in rostering or workforce scheduling.
• Experience in aged care, healthcare or community services preferred.
• Proficient with rostering systems and strong admin skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain staff rosters using Humanforce.
• Manage roster changes and staff availability.
• Communicate roster requirements and changes to staff.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Maintain accurate records and support policy compliance.
