Lutheran Homes Group is seeking a highly organised Rostering Coordinator to support safe, high-quality care by managing rosters across our facilities. You will coordinate staffing levels, skill mix and coverage, working with Facility Managers, Payroll and People & Culture to ensure seamless service delivery.

Hours: Monday to Friday with flexibility in working hours to support operational needs.

We are seeking a highly organised and adaptable Rostering Coordinator to support safe, high-quality care through efficient workforce rostering across our facilities. You will coordinate rosters to maintain appropriate staffing levels, skill mix and coverage within our Hotel Services and Residential Aged Care teams, while supporting the broader rostering function as priorities change. Working with Facility and Service Managers, Payroll, People & Culture, Return to Work teams and other key stakeholders, you will manage leave coverage, support workforce planning, maintain accurate and compliant data, and contribute to cost-effective rostering and process improvements.
The successful candidate will be a collaborative and adaptable team player who builds strong working relationships across the organisation and flexes their approach in response to changing operational needs. They will work proactively with stakeholders to maintain seamless service delivery, achieve operational objectives and support positive employee experiences.
Candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and must hold a current NDIS Worker Clearance. In line with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are strongly encouraged to be up to date with all recommended vaccinations.
