In this role, you’ll lead and inspire a caring team to deliver respectful, personalised care tailored to each resident’s needs and goals. Key Responsibilities

• Provide top level care to enhance residents’ quality of life and health by collaborating with key partners and ensuring strong clinical governance

• Actively participate in quality and risk management to meet standards and drive ongoing improvements
