Job summary

Care to Care is seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to join our scheduling team in Brisbane, coordinating support workers across the city. The role offers a 9 day fortnight roster with alternating weekends and some work-from-home elements on weekends.

Based in Cannon Hill or Manly after training, you will develop and manage care service schedules, arrange replacements, and ensure compliance and cost efficiency while maintaining high client and worker satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in service coordination, scheduling/rostering with multiple client management systems.
• Experience scheduling mobile workers in home/community care.
• Knowledge of SCHADS and Nurses Awards is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Support at Home and NDIS programmes is advantageous.
• Ability to prioritise, coordinate and resolve enquiries/rescheduling in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong interpersonal, telephone and collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management and sense of urgency.
• Client service focused with teamwork.
• Experience in office administration including Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage care service schedules, matching client needs with worker skills and locations.
• Arrange replacement staff for sick/leave and ad hoc shifts.
• Ensure compliance and cost optimisation while focusing on client and worker satisfaction.
• Receive and respond to client feedback, enquiries and complaints.
• On-call rota participation; remuneration separate.
• Administrative activities using the Care Management System.
