Job summary

Wesley Mission Queensland is seeking a Rostering Coordinator for its Community Aged Care team in Chermside. You will manage daily schedules, coordinate leave coverage, and liaise with clients, staff, and agencies to ensure timely, compliant service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain client and staff rosters across Community Aged Care and NDIS services.
• Manage short-notice roster changes, leave coverage and staffing requirements.
• Liaise with clients, support workers and agencies regarding service delivery needs.
• Monitor compliance requirements including leave, police checks, timesheets and fleet records.
• Complete reporting and administrative tasks to support operational performance.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with rostering principles, funding requirements and Enterprise Agreements.
• Escalate staffing concerns and service risks as required.
