Alzheimer's Queensland in Brisbane is seeking a dedicated Rostering Coordinator to manage rotating staff rosters for community care services on a full-time basis. You will coordinate leave requests, handle last-minute coverage, and maintain clear communication with staff, clients and internal teams.

Ideal candidates bring rostering/scheduling experience in aged care or community services, strong customer service skills, and a detail-oriented, proactive approach to problem solving and time

Qualifications

• Proven rostering experience (aged care/community services preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Experience with rostering software is beneficial.
• Willing to obtain National Police Check.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating and managing staff rosters across community care services.
• Managing leave requests, shift changes, and last-minute coverage.
• Communicating with staff, clients, and internal teams to keep services running smoothly.
