Christian Home Care is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and compassionate Rosterer/Admin Officer to join our team in Melbourne. The role coordinates day-to-day in-home care services for ageing Australians wanting to live independently, including arranging support for NDIS participants.

You will bring advanced IT skills (Windows 11, Microsoft 365), rostering experience and a customer-focused approach. A police/NDIS check and local residency within 30 minutes of Ringwood are preferred.

Christian Home Careis the business arm of Christian Home Church; its mission is to empower our independently living elderly clients in receipt of Support at Home Care Packages through quality support and care to meet their social, physical and emotional needs.Our ethos and model of care are based on the example given to us by our Saviour Jesus Christ.

In addition, Christian Home Care is also an NDIS provider and we assist NDIS participants as well.

Due to growth, we are currently seeking anexperienced, enthusiastic and compassionate Rosterer/AdminOfficer. Advanced computer knowledge is a must.

The Rosterer/Admin Officer will look after our clients on a day-to-day basis and coordinate in-home care services on behalf of ageing Australians who want to remain living independently and happily at home as well as organising services for NDIS participants.

We are looking for warm, positive, enthusiastic individuals who understand the importance of providing a superior customer experience. Experience in rostering and general admin tasks is a prerequisite.

You have a strong ability to build rapport and proactively resolve queries whilst providing a high level of service to each client. You also have an ability to simplify information which can seem very complex to clients, and communicate it in a clear and articulate manner.

What you will need to succeed:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced IT skills are a prerequisite – Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Rostering, Support at Home Care Packages and/or NDIS experience is a plus
• Reside within 30 minutes drive from Ringwood
• Have your own reliable transport
• Great attention to detail
• A high degree of empathy and a passion for helping others
• An ability to manage complex situations
• The ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
• A police/NDIS check (or willingness to obtain one)
