Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and room-leading experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Sound understanding of programming and planning for 0–6-year-olds.
• Good knowledge of NQS, NQF and EYLF.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate curriculum/programs for individuals and groups in line with approved frameworks.
• Engage children in healthy eating and physical activities.
• Provide nurturing interactions to support a child's sense of belonging, being and becoming.
