Job summary

Sparkways Whittlesea ELC is seeking an experienced Room Leader for a permanent, full-time position in Melbourne. You will lead the 0-2 year room, create a warm, nurturing environment and mentor Educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• 3+ years' experience in Early Childhood Education.
• Previous Room Leader experience in a 0-2 room is preferred.
• Experience with 0-2 year olds and a passion for this age group.
• Strong programming, planning and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 0-2 year room, creating a warm, nurturing and engaging environment.
