ANZUK Education is seeking a confident, Diploma- or Bachelor-qualified Room Leader to lead learning experiences for young children in a warm, inclusive service.
You will mentor educators, plan developmentally appropriate programs in line with EYLF, VEYLDF and NQS, and build strong relationships with families and the community.
Minimum 2 years in a Room Leader role, WWCC-E, First Aid/CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis training, and working rights in Australia are required.
Are you a dedicated Lead Educator who believes every child is unique and capable, and wants to help children build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning?
We have the role for you!
This boutique Long Day Care service is committed to providing a warm, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, respected, and supported to reach their full potential.
The centre's philosophy is built upon the belief that every child is unique and learns best through inquiry, exploration, and play in resource-rich environments that encourage curiosity and creativity.
As a smaller service, the team prides itself on building strong relationships with children, families, and the local community. They value collaboration, open communication, and creating a welcoming environment where both children and educators can thrive.
You are a confident and passionate Room Leader who enjoys creating engaging, child-centred learning environments that celebrate each child's individuality. You believe in building strong, respectful relationships with families and colleagues and understand the importance of creating a sense of belonging for every child.
You are an inspiring leader who can guide and mentor educators while ensuring high-quality educational programs are delivered in accordance with the EYLF, VEYLDF, and National Quality Standards. Most importantly, you share the service's belief that every child's unique strengths, interests, and needs should guide their learning journey.
As a Diploma or Bachelor-qualified Room Leader, you will lead the planning and implementation of engaging, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support children's growth, wellbeing, and learning outcomes.
