Job summary

Nido Early School in Perth’s northern suburbs is seeking a Lead Educator to drive the curriculum in collaboration with educators, children and families.

You will lead planning and documentation of learning, model current compliance practices, and champion children’s learning and development with a strong emphasis on identity, wellbeing, confidence and connection.

This role offers ongoing professional development, mentoring, and a supportive environment that recognises impact and growth.

Qualifications

• EYLF and NQS knowledge for high-quality care.
• Inquiry-based learning approaches aligned to Reggio Emilia.
• Experience leading a room or team in early childhood education.
• Current WWCC and First Aid.
