Job summary

Nido Early School is seeking a Lead Educator to guide curriculum development in collaboration with educators, children and families, ensuring quality learning experiences across the centre.

You will lead planning, documentations of learning, and actively model compliance practices while contributing to a safe, inclusive environment that supports children’s wellbeing and development.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Educator or currently working toward.
• In-depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry-based learning.
• Experience leading a room or team.
• Current WWCC and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the curriculum in collaboration with educators, children and families.
• Lead and facilitate the cycle of planning and documentations of learning.
• Actively engage with and role model current compliance practices.
