Job summary

Nido Early School in Perth’s Eastern Suburbs is seeking a permanent, full-time Lead Educator to lead curriculum development with educators, children, and families.

You will guide planning and documentation of learning, and model current compliance practices to support children’s identity, wellbeing and confidence. Diploma in ECE (or working towards), EYLF/NQS knowledge, and WWCC/First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Educator (or working towards) required.
• In-depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry-based learning.
• Experience leading a room or team.
• Current WWCC and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the curriculum in collaboration with educators, children and families.
• Lead and facilitate the cycle of planning and documentations of learning.
• Actively engage with and role model current compliance practices.
