Job summary

Guardian Phillip St is seeking a Room Leader to inspire children daily and guide a passionate team. You will lead early childhood activities, implement Guardian’s learning programs, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment.

You’ll work with educators across the Guardian network, grow your career through offered learning opportunities, and contribute to a culture of reward and recognition with above award pay.

Qualifications

• Completion of national mandatory Child Protection training via GECCKO platform.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.
• Current Teacher's Accreditation/ Registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA).
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning programs and activities across the room.
• Collaborate with Guardians across the network to align practices.
• Support educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education.
• Engage families by sharing milestones and learning moments.
• Drive ongoing career development and adherence to award standards.
