Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education Evanston Gardens in Australia is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to inspire children within a fun, passionate team and deliver Guardian's learning programs.

You will contribute to the Thrive framework, pursue career progression across our network, collaborate with fellow Teachers, and engage families while upholding high standards of safety and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via GECCKO platform.
• Bachelor/University degree in Early Childhood Education per ACECQA standards.
• Current Teacher’s Accreditation/ Registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA).
• Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
• Experience in the early childhood sector is desirable; WWCC for VIC required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Guardian learning programs and Thrive framework in your room.
• Collaborate with other Teachers across Guardian network.
• Engage families by sharing milestones and learning moments.
• Support educators to bring their best to early childhood education.

Here’s what you’ll bring:

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform
• Tertiary Qualifications (University Degree or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA
• Current Teacher’s Accreditation/ Registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA)
• Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
• Previous experience working in the early childhood sector (desirable)Current Working with Children Check (WWCC for VIC)
