Job summary

Kindikids Early Learning Centres – Five Dock NSW is seeking a passionate Room Leader to mentor educators and oversee developmentally appropriate programs for children aged 0–5 years. Join a long-standing, supportive team committed to safety, wellbeing, and holistic learning.

Qualifications

• A qualification in Early Childhood Education.
• 3 to 5 years of current work experience in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience working in a leadership role.
• A deep commitment and understanding of child protection, demonstrating the awareness, accountability, and integrity required to champion a child-safe environment.
• A genuine passion for working with children and a holistic commitment to their care and education.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families and team members.
• A highly responsible, ethical, and reliable approach to your work.
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Sound knowledge of Children’s Services Regulations and mandatory child protection reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and supervision to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.
