Job summary

Guardian South Yarra is seeking a Room Leader to drive high-quality educational practice, mentor educators and build strong relationships with children and families. You will lead a team, shape learning experiences, and contribute to Thrive and To BE Me in everyday practice, ensuring safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an approved equivalent, leadership experience, and solid knowledge of the National Quality Framework.

About You

You’re a passionate early childhood professional who brings:

• A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education or approved equivalent
• Experience leading a room, mentoring educators or supporting team practice
• Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework
• A collaborative, caring and professional approach to leadership
• A current Working with Children Check, child protection training and relevant first aid qualifications, or willingness to obtain them
