Job summary

AUSTCORP is seeking an experienced Roller Operator/Civil Labourer to join our client’s team in ROCKHAMPTON. Immediate start with long-term ongoing hours on local or away work opportunities. Must have HR truck licence and White Card; Roller RII and Skid Steer RII desirable.

Expect 8–12 hour shifts, day with occasional nights, and pre-employment drug testing. Ideal candidates will have civil/road labouring exposure; asphalt/spray seal experience is a bonus but not essential.

Qualifications

• Must have HR truck licence and a valid driver licence.
• White Card holder required.
• Roller RII and skid steer RII desirable.
• Open to learning new skills and sites.
• Available for 8–12 hour shifts and day/night rotation.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate roller and support civil/road labouring tasks.
• Assist on roadworks, asphalt and spray seal where applicable.
• Maintain safety and on-site housekeeping.

Ideally, we are seeking candidates who have civil and or road labouring experience, asphalt and spray seal experience would be great but not essential. If you're experienced on civil or roadwork sites, aren't afraid of hard work and want long-term ongoing hours, we'd like to hear from you.
