Job summary

You will work from our Perth office, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with Technical Sales Representatives to deliver value. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of phone-based sales experience, a proactive attitude, and an interest

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phone-based sales experience.
• Background in Tech, Oil & Gas, Rentals or Services is a plus.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
• Exposure to technical, industrial, or engineering environments.
• Target-driven with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound inquiries and proactively contact new and existing customers.
• Ask targeted questions to understand needs, timelines, and constraints.
• Identify opportunities for rental, hire, or purchase solutions.
• Follow up quotes and conversations with clear next steps.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Collaborate with Technical Sales Representatives and branch teams.
