Job summary

Citrus Group is seeking a customer service professional to be the calm, reassuring voice for customers experiencing vehicle issues. You will coordinate support through a trusted network of service providers and act as the liaison between customers and suppliers.

The role requires handling inbound calls, providing guidance, and maintaining strong communication. A rotating 7-day roster and hybrid work arrangement after six months offer flexibility, with the Rhodes office as a base.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is desired but not a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a rotating roster across 7 days a week.
• Strong problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking inbound calls from customers needing roadside or breakdown assistance
• Providing advice and assistance over the phone in a roadside and customer service capacity
• Resolving any concerns or questions the customer may have regarding their vehicle
• Acting as main point of contact between the customer and the supplier network
