Job summary

AlburyCity is seeking a dedicated supervisor for Roads Maintenance and Ancillary Works in Albury, NSW. You will lead City Works crews, manage staff and contractors, and ensure safe, cost-effective delivery of maintenance programs.

The role requires strong leadership, reporting to the Team Leader City Works, and a commitment to WHS and quality. Working hours align with a 38-hour week and on-site duties at the Albury Depot.

Qualifications

• Formal supervisory qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Construction Induction Certificate required.
• Valid Class C driver's licence mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise City Works crews undertaking civil construction and maintenance.
• Lead a team to deliver services to agreed standards and timelines.
• Manage staff, rostering, performance, and development.
