Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a Site Manager or Senior Foreman role within civil construction.
• Strong experience in subdivisions, bulk earthworks, roadworks, drainage or similar.
• Proven ability to manage programme and cost performance.
• Confident leading teams and subcontractors on active sites.
• Sound understanding of WHS obligations and site compliance.
• Strong communication skills with clients, engineers and suppliers.
• A practical, solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities including labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Manage programme to deliver projects on time and to budget.
• Monitor productivity and cost performance to protect project margins.
• Drive safety culture and ensure WHS and environmental compliance.
• Work with Construction Manager to manage variations, risks and client expectations.
• Mentor and develop site teams.
• Maintain accurate site records, reporting and documentation.
