Qualifikationen

• Qualified Supervisors Certificate and/or Overseer's Certificate NSW or equivalent, and/or Certificate IV in Frontline Management or equivalent relevant experience
• Construction Induction Certificate
• Class C (standard) Driver's Licence (compulsory to have & maintain)
• Extensive demonstrated experience in a civil/construction and/or Local Government environment

Aufgaben

• Supervise City Works Crews as required. These crews undertake civil construction and maintenance works, including but not limited to roads maintenance and ancillary works.
• Supervise and lead an effective and efficient team capable of delivering services to agreed levels and standards.
• Provide effective staff management, including timesheets and rostering, recruitment, performance management and employee development, employee motivation and foster team harmony.
• Manage, administer, and supervise external contractors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, Council standards, and relevant legislation.
• Implement, monitor, and continuously improve Quality Assurance systems and processes to support the effective delivery of City Works operations.

Ausbildung
