AlburyCity is seeking a Permanent Full Time Team Leader to provide leadership, supervision and coordination of Concrete and Drainage crews, ensuring safe, efficient delivery of construction and maintenance programs, meeting quality, timeframes and budget objectives.

You will oversee staff management including timesheets, rostering, recruitment and performance development, while supervising external contractors to meet contractual obligations and Council standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified Supervisors Certificate or Overseer's Certificate NSW or equivalent.
• Construction Induction Certificate required.
• Class C Driver's Licence compulsory to have & maintain.

Responsabilités

• Supervise City Works Crews and civil construction/maintenance works including concreting and drainage.
• Lead an effective team delivering services to agreed levels and standards.
• Manage staff timesheets, rostering, recruitment, performance management and development.
