AlburyCity is seeking a dedicated City Works Supervisor to lead concrete and drainage crews, ensuring safe, efficient delivery within budget and timeframes. You will guide staff, coordinate with contractors, and uphold Council standards.

The role requires a Supervisors/Overseers certificate or equivalent, NSW qualifications, and extensive civil construction experience. Permanent full-time, with a 38-hour week and occasional overtime, based at the Albury Depot.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive demonstrated experience in civil/conmercial construction or Local Government environments.
• Supervision and leadership of crews to deliver works.
• Understanding of WHS and contract administration requirements.

Aufgaben

• Supervise City Works Crews including concreting and drainage works.
• Lead an effective team delivering services to agreed levels and standards.
• Manage staff including timesheets, rostering, recruitment and performance management.
