Job summary

Western Downs Regional Council – Miles QLD is seeking a Works Supervisor to support the delivery of civil infrastructure programs and maintain community assets. You will provide technical guidance to the Works Coordinator, oversee budgets, schedules and safety on site, and ensure projects meet quality and compliance standards.

• Proven experience in construction and maintenance of civil assets.
• Experience supervising projects and staff.
• Ability to interpret engineering documents and plan projects.
• Plan, organise and carry out works to standards, on time and within budget.
• Good problem-solving and initiative.

Responsibilities
