Job summary

Lachlan Shire Council is seeking a motivated and professional Overseer to join our Roads Team in Condobolin. This full-time role is based in Condobolin but works north of Condobolin and is a key member of the Infrastructure Services Department, supervising staff on a range of projects and supporting program Managers.

The successful candidate will hold a Certificate IV in Frontline Management or Local Government (operational works) or be willing to obtain it, and demonstrate supervisory,

• Certificate IV in Frontline Management or Local Government (operational works) or willing to obtain.
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills.
• Construction Inductions Certificate (White Card).
• Good planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Demonstrated contractor management and project management skills.
• Good literacy skills.
• A current Class C Driver Licence.
