Job summary

Premier Commercial Solutions is seeking a Civil Inspector for a local government road upgrade in Maroochydore. You will be embedded in the delivery team, ensuring works meet the required standards on site and reporting clearly to the Council and Contractor.

You will bring hands-on civil construction experience across roads, drainage, water, sewer and earthworks, plus a White Card. This long-term, on-site role offers competitive hourly rates and close collaboration with a high-performing project

Qualifications

• Hands-on civil construction experience required across roads, drainage, water, sewer and earthworks.
• Experience in inspection, supervision or superintendent roles.
• Familiar with working with contractors and council stakeholders.
• Current White Card is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect civil works against drawings, specifications and standards.
• Identify defects early and manage close-out.
• Maintain accurate site records and reports.
• Undertake site safety audits to confirm compliance.
• Liaise with Principal Contractor and Council to keep quality on track.
