Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group seeks experienced Road Crew Operators to join a Mine Services team in Queensland. Roles are six-month fixed-term with multiple positions available, starting mid-October 2026, at a starting rate of $84.64/hr.

You’ll maintain and support haul roads and infrastructure, operating Dozers, Water Trucks, Graders and Scrapers in a safety-focused mining environment. You’ll need recent operating experience on these machines, a strong commitment to safety and the ability to work in a

Chandler Macleod are currently seeking experienced Road Crew Operatorsto join a Mine Services team for our Tier 1 client in Queensland. These are six-month fixed-termopportunities supporting operations through the upcoming wet season, with multiple positions available.

About the role

You’ll be part of a Road Crew responsible for maintaining and supporting site haul roads and associated infrastructure. To be successful, you will have proven experience operating a combination of:

• Dozers
• Water Trucks
• Graders
• Scrapers
