Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking experienced Dump Truck Operators for a Tier 1 mining client. You will work an 8/6 or 7/7 FIFO roster from Perth and gain hands-on experience with a leading mining operation.

Requirements include 6–12 months' CAT 793 dumping experience, a valid C-class license, a National Police Check within 12 months, and working rights in Australia. Safety and efficiency are prioritized in this role.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months' experience operating CAT 793 Dump Trucks.
• Knowledge of production haulage practices and site procedures.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in mining environments.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are currently seeking experienced Dump Truck Operators for ongoing opportunities with a Tier 1 mining client. Successful candidates will work an 8/6 or 7/7 FIFO roster from Perth while gaining experience with a leading mining operation.

You will be rewarded with:

• $56.00 per hour
• 8/6 and 7/7 roster
• 12% Superannuation Contribution on ALL hours worked

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6–12 months' experience operating CAT 793 Dump Trucks and demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience in production haulage
• Familiarity with fleet management systems and site operating procedures
• A strong understanding of haul road conditions and water management practices
• A commitment to maintaining safe and efficient operating standards

Candidates must also be able to:

• Provide a valid Driver’s License (C Class Minimum)
• Provide a National Police Check within 12 months
• Have effective time management skills
• Communicate Effectively
• Work in a safe and efficient manner
• Current working rights in Australia
• Pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug Screen
