What You'll Be Doing
Provide rostering and leave coordination services for medical officers across Royal North Shore Hospital ensuring accurate, timely and compliant roster construction, updates and leave processing in accordance with NSW Health policies, industrial awards and accreditation guidelines. Be a point of escalation and exercise independent action under limited direction to resolve complex roster and leave issues and perform quality checks on roster data.
