The Medical Workforce Unit at St George Hospital, Kogarah is seeking a motivated individual to join our refreshed recruitment team as a Medical Workforce Recruitment Officer. This is a fast-paced and varied role which will expose you to many aspects of Medical Workforce operations at a large, busy tertiary hospital. This is a great grounding for a future career in health administration, recruitment or human resource management. The department supports our junior doctors from the beginning of their careers through to completion of their advanced training.
You will be responsible for processing junior medical recruitment episodes in our recruitment and onboarding system and making the process as as smooth as possible for our convenors and candidates.

An understanding of or experience within NSW Health or other public health sector recruitment (especially medical recruitment and recruitment systems) is an advantage, as would experience or understanding of doctors, internal recruitment and/or agency recruitment.
