Job summary

Manilla District Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Emergency Department and Aged Care team on a contract basis starting 23 November 2026. The role supports a 4-bed ED, 40-bed residential aged care facility and 12 inpatient beds in a rural NSW setting.

On-site shared accommodation with private ensuites is included, and the contract suits a nurse ready for 4 weeks full-time, with 8–12 weeks preferred.

Qualifications

• Current triage competency certificate and recent emergency department experience.
• Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification.
• Demonstrated in-charge experience in an emergency or acute care setting.
• Reliable access to a car and willingness to drive to the Manilla site.
• Flexibility to work across multiple departments and adapt to a rural hospital.

Manilla District Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Emergency Department and Aged Care team on a contract basis, starting 23 November 2026. This is an opportunity to work across a diverse, integrated healthcare setting in rural NSW, where you'll support a 4-bed emergency department, 40-bed residential aged care facility, and 12 inpatient beds. The role offers shared on-site nursing accommodation with private ensuites, and suits a nurse ready to commit to a minimum of 4 weeks full-time work, with 8-12 weeks preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
