Manilla District Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Emergency Department and Aged Care team on a contract basis starting 23 November 2026. The role supports a 4-bed ED, 40-bed residential aged care facility and 12 inpatient beds in a rural NSW setting.

On-site shared accommodation with private ensuites is included, and the contract suits a nurse ready for 4 weeks full-time, with 8–12 weeks preferred.

Qualifications

• Current triage competency certificate and recent emergency department experience.
• Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification.
• Demonstrated in-charge experience in an emergency or acute care setting.
• Reliable access to a car and willingness to drive to the Manilla site.
• Flexibility to work across multiple departments and adapt to a rural hospital.

Responsabilités

• Work across emergency, aged care, and inpatient settings in a rural hospital.
• Collaborate with on-site medical coverage and nursing team to provide integrated care.
• Adapt to varied shifts and patient needs in a small-town rural setting.
