Royal Freemasons invites an experienced Facility Manager to lead Mount Martha Valley Residential Aged Care, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring resident-centred care in line with organisational values, standards and policies.

The role requires a Registered Nurse with 2–5 years of leadership in aged care, strong clinical governance, workforce and financial management, and commitment to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance, including ACQSC and AN-ACC.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Registered Nurse registration (AHPRA)
• 2–5 years leadership experience in aged care or healthcare
• Strong understanding of aged care quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Experience leading ACQSC audits and site visits, including unannounced audits
• Experience in workforce planning, rostering and managing overtime costs
• Sound financial and operational management skills, including budgeting and occupancy management
• Commitment to continuous improvement, quality systems and risk management

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of Mount Martha Valley Residential Aged Care to deliver exceptional resident care
• Provide clinical governance and ensure compliance with aged care legislation and quality standards
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and staff development
• Drive occupancy and AN-ACC outcomes while managing budgets and labour costs
• Coordinate accreditation, compliance and quality improvement activities including ACQSC audits
• Lead workforce planning and rostering to ensure safe, efficient staffing levels
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff and stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to organisational policies and WHS requirements
