Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Mount Martha Valley home

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management and staff development
• Drive occupancy and AN-ACC outcomes while monitoring budgets and costs
• Lead accreditation, compliance and quality improvement initiatives
• Develop workforce planning and rosters to maintain safe staffing
